Friday Update

Good Afternoon,

“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world” – Nelson Mandela

Education is the most empowering force in the world. It creates knowledge, builds confidence, and breaks down barriers to opportunity.  For children, it is their key to open the door to a better life.  They can expand their critical thinking and apply this thinking to solve difficult problems or create a new way to accomplish a task.  There has never been a time in our world that children can become the change that we require to become kinder, more respectful and caring people.  School not only teaches children to complete math problems and to read books and write stories but we also teach children strategies to help them make good healthy decisions, develop long lasting respectful relationships and to become socially aware of those around them.  In order to make sure that we are able to allow kids the greatest possibility that life can offer we need them at school to experience all that education can provide.

Have an amazing weekend!
