Good Afternoon,
I’m wondering where the week has gone. It flew by so fast and here we are at Friday again. Today is our Terry Fox run and the kids are pumped to raise money for such a good cause and honor Terry’s accomplishments. We are running across Canada making sure we stop at all the spots Terry did while he was on his run.
Today I would like to invite you to stop and think about someone special and remember the incredible things that they accomplished. Tell stories, listen to memories, watch old movies and share with each other how important this person was in your life. Enjoy your weekend and we will see everyone on Tuesday!

PRO D DAY is on Monday, September 27th. School is not in session.

CELEBRATING DAY OF TRUTH AND RECONCILIATION – On Wednesday, September 29th, we are recognizing Truth and Reconciliation day by demonstrating how our school is a part of the reconciliation process. At our school students are an active part of this process by reclaiming cultural practices and language. We will be welcoming a few Squamish Nation Elders to join in our school activities. Please remember to wear you orange shirts.
CROSS COUNTRY RUNNING PRACTICE will be held at lunch on Wednesday, September 29th for students in grades 3-6.
FIRE DRILL – The first fire drill will be held on Wednesday, September 29th at 2:30pm.
NATIONAL DAY FOR TRUTH AND RECONCILIATION is on Thursday, September 30th. School is not in session.
OCT 4-8
